Privacy

When you sign in we store your name, email address and its domain, sign-in provider and account id, the dates you signed up and last signed in, a hash of your API key (never the key itself), and how many shipments you calculate each day.

We use them only to run this test service: to recognise you, to apply the fair-use limits, and to contact you about the service. They aren't shared or sold. Usage counts are kept for about two months; the account until you delete it, which you can do at any time from your account page.

The shipments you send are calculated and not stored. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft or Google under their own privacy terms.

Without signing in, we keep no account. To apply the fair-use limits we count shipments per IP address, in memory only, for the current day.

For AI assistants using the MCP server, we count per day how many connections, calls and shipments there were and which assistant apps connected (their names, such as "claude-ai"). Each connection gets a random session id to apply the limits per connection; session ids and addresses are kept in memory only, for the current day.
